Station 21 is located in downtown Bellbrook, at 35 N. West Street (Behind the BP gas station). The fire station serves the downtown area, and is home to the fire department administrative offices.

Station 22 is located at 4254 West Franklin Street (the corner of West Franklin Street and North Linda Drive). This fire station primarily serves the city's residential plats west of the downtown district and is also home to the city's specialized equipment.
